In the show, Jeremiah Fisher ( Gavin Casalegno) proposes to Belly Conklin ( Lola Tung) without a ring outside of the hospital in which Belly's brother Steven (Sean Kaufman) is on bed rest following a car accident. Jeremiah later gives Belly an incredibly dainty engagement ring.
