Caitlin Clark did not play against the Chicago Sky on Sunday, but she still brought tears of joy to the fans who packed United Center to see her when the Indiana Fever came to town. According to play-by-play voice Ryan Ruocco on the ABC broadcast, Clark signed more than 200 autographs before the game tipped off.
A Texas man has been sentenced for stalking and harassing WNBA star Caitlin Clark over social media. Michael Lewis, 55, was arrested and charged in Indianapolis in January for "sending numerous threats and sexually explicit messages" to the Indiana Fever player via his social media accounts, the Marion County Prosecutor's Office said.
The BIG3 basketball league and co-founder Ice Cube won't be making an aggressive play to sign Chicago Sky star Angel Reese like it did last year for Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark.
Indiana also took their next matchup on June 7 — a convincing 79-52 victory — but Clark missed the game due to a left quad injury. Since then, Clark has only appeared in nine of the Fever's 18 games after picking up separate injuries to her left groin and right groin.
