New details surrounding the death of Emilie Kiser's 3-year-old son Trigg have been revealed in a report that was made public by the Chandler Police Department (CPD), including allegations of what the influencer's husband Brady Kiser was doing at the time of the tragedy.

Three-year-old Trigg Kiser drowned in family pool in Chandler, Arizona, after falling in unsupervised for seven minutes after father placed basketball bet, police said.

Brady Kiser will not face charges in his son's May drowning because there is "no reasonable likelihood of conviction," officials said last month.
