At least three people are dead after a shooting incident at a Target parking lot in Austin, Texas, authorities said. Police were called at 2:15 pm local time and arrived within four minutes, where they found three people shot in the parking lot,

Three people were killed and a suspect was arrested after a shooting at a Target store parking lot in North Austin, police said.

Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis said during a news conference that the suspect fled the scene after the shooting, stole then wrecked a car, and hijacked another.
