Frances and Smokey Robinson's lawyers want a lawsuit from four accusers to be tossed out and claimed the couple treated them with "utmost kindness."

Smokey Robinson is fighting back against female employees who accused him of sexual battery. Robinson was sued for $50 million for his charges, but is countering with accusations of slander, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and financial elder abuse. The lawsuit is seeking $500 million.

No charges were filed because of what the authorities said was insufficient evidence. The singer has been accused in a lawsuit of sexually abusing four women, which he denies.
