The co-host of “The View” had pointed words for former President Barack Obama following comments he made at a private donor event Friday night. During the speech, Obama criticized Democrats for what he viewed as weak pushback against President Donald Trump, saying the party needed “a little bit less navel-gazing and a little less whining.”

The morning show co-host defended Democratic voters for protesting and speaking out, accusing elected officials of blaming "the wrong person."
