Sam Reinhart was ruled out by the Florida Panthers for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals on Monday, the second consecutive game he has missed since getting hurt earlier in the series against the Carolina Hurricanes.
Reinhart has been out of action since suffering a lower-body injury early in Game 2, while Mikkola and Greer both left the ice in the third period of Game 3 with undisclosed ailments.
